The spanis slot brand NINCO make a off road tracks.
Two version are availabe: smooth and rough.
Four lanes are possible because two radius (tandars and inner ) curves are available.
Straigh tracks.
Up and down half pipes.
No borders availables.
Compatible width NINCO track. Ttansition track is available.
Add obstacles is possible.

STS 4×4 by EXIN (Scalextric Spain) (1:43)
Four lane possible (only 90º curves in inner curves) possible.
Curve borders availables (ATENTION: two border epochs incompatibles!)
Two versions of surface are availabe: smooth and rough.

Obstacles are possible.
Tibetan bridge.
Discontinued. Degrades plastic are sure brittle.

Available in starter sets width varius surfaces mixed.
